The Property Point gives small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs) operating in South Africa’s listed property sector a toehold in a highly competitive marketplace.

The initiative provides entrepreneurs with training and support, to enable them to develop their enterprises into fully independent companies.

The Property Point is being undertaken in partnership with The Business Place, a national network of business information and support centres that assist start-up and small businesses.

In supporting The Property Point, Growthpoint is not only funding its operation but also provides procurement opportunities and mentoring for participants.
