Your company profile will be assessed according to the following
requirements:
- 51% Black owned businesses as per the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act of 2003
- Businesses operating for at least two years
- Candidates must provide property services, in line with Growthpoint’s
procurement
- Suitable references and prior contracts must be provided
- Viable assessment potential for growth
- Approval by Growthpoint Facilities and Procurement division
Upon successful assessment of your profile, you will be invited to register on
our database
An email will be generated with a database registration form for your completion
Registration forms and supporting documents can either be scanned and emailed to
propertypoint@tbp.co.za, faxed to 086 691 8317 or dropped off at The Business
Place, 1st Floor, 58 Marshall Street; Johannesburg
Once registered on our database you will be notified of events being hosted
