The Property Point is being undertaken in partnership with The Business Place, a national network of business information and support centres that provide support to enterprises at the start up and early stages of growth.

The Business Place provides an enabling environment for entrepreneurs to explore ideas, simultaneously encouraging implementation of these ideas. It also serves as a delivery platform to integrate relevant multi-faceted initiatives and programmes to support the SMME sector.

With eight sites in Southern Africa, the intention is to have The Business Place represented in each province in South Africa. This is supported by increasing evidence to suggest that The Business Place has gone a long way towards meeting the needs of entrepreneurs.
